By downloading, installing, or using the Nurtovea mobile application ("the App") or visiting the Nurtovea website ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. About Nurtovea

Nurtovea is a baby care community platform providing interactive diet planning tools, growth tracking, AI-powered guidance, live streaming sessions, and community features. The App is created in collaboration with Dr. Hina Baig (MBBS, Certified Newborn Care Expert), operated by eBlessings (Technology Partner), and developed by apeAxe.

3. Medical Disclaimer

• The AI bot ("Nurtovea Baby") provides educational content based on Dr. Hina Baig's published guidance. Its responses are informational, not prescriptive.
• Diet plans and food suggestions are general guidelines — individual babies may have different needs.
• Growth charts use WHO standards as reference points, not diagnostic tools.
• For any medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
• Dr. Hina Baig's advice through the platform constitutes educational content, not a doctor-patient relationship unless a formal consultation is booked.

4. User Accounts

• You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Community Guidelines

When using community features (feed, comments, live chat), you agree to:

• Be respectful and supportive to other parents and community members.
• Not post harmful, abusive, misleading, or inappropriate content.
• Not share specific medical advice or medication recommendations — redirect to professionals.
• Not spam, advertise, or promote external products/services.
• Not impersonate Dr. Hina Baig, other healthcare professionals, or other users.
• Report any content that violates these guidelines.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend users who violate community guidelines without prior notice.

6. Membership & Payments

6.1 Free Tier

The core diet planner, growth tracking, food database, and basic features are free forever with no obligation to upgrade.

6.2 Premium & VIP Tiers

• Paid memberships provide additional features including live sessions, expanded AI bot access, direct Q&A with Dr. Hina, and community posting privileges.
• Pricing is listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and may be updated with prior notice.
• Payments are currently processed via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer with manual verification.
• Memberships are non-refundable once activated, except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to modify membership benefits with 30 days notice.

6.3 Consultations

Video consultations with Dr. Hina Baig (VIP tier) are scheduled appointments. Missed appointments without 24-hour advance cancellation may not be rescheduled.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content in the App — including diet plans, food databases, AI bot responses, Dr. Hina's videos, and educational material — is the intellectual property of Dr. Hina Baig and eBlessings.
• You may use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not redistribute, copy, modify, or commercially use any content from the App without written permission.
• User-generated content (posts, comments) remains your property, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform.

8. AI Bot Limitations

• The Nurtovea Baby bot is an AI character providing educational baby care information.
• Responses are generated by AI and may occasionally contain inaccuracies.
• The bot is not a substitute for medical consultation.
• We continuously improve the bot but do not guarantee the accuracy of every response.
• Usage limits apply based on your membership tier.

9. Live Streaming

• Live sessions are broadcast on our private infrastructure — not publicly accessible.
• Recording, screen-capturing, or redistributing live session content is strictly prohibited.
• Chat messages during live sessions are subject to community guidelines.
• We reserve the right to end sessions and remove participants who violate guidelines.

10. Data & Privacy

Your use of Nurtovea is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Nurtovea is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from following general guidance in the App.
• We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid for membership in the preceding 12 months.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant changes, we will notify you via the App or email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan.
